What is a competitor analysis?
A competitor analysis is only worth reading if a reader can check it. That means every claim carries a source and a capture date, and an inference is labelled as an inference rather than promoted to a fact.
The most useful column is the one most analyses leave out: what the public sources do not establish. Those gaps are the questions worth taking into a sales call, and pretending they are answered is how a battlecard gets a rep contradicted.
